By accessing or using Cardline ("the Service"), operated by Cardline Systems, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cardline provides trading card market analytics, including search results, historical pricing data, and sales information sourced from third-party marketplaces such as eBay and TCGPlayer. All data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that violates our policies or those of our data providers; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (d) use the data for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Cardline Systems, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardline Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
